The Clearinghouse for Labor Evaluation and Research (CLEAR)'s mission is to make research on labor topics more accessible to practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and the public more broadly so that it can inform their decisions about labor policies and programs. AIR is working with the CLEAR contractor, ICF, to update their evidence review standards and procedures to the highest quality standard possible.

Since partnering with ICF, AIR has updated a rapid review on Career and Technical Education online courses, presented on modern evidence synthesis techniques to the DOL, and drafted a memo of potential modernization techniques for synthesis projects.
