Reanin McRoberts

Project Specialist

Reanin McRoberts is a project specialist at AIR with nearly 20 years of experience in project management, research, and training for workforce development projects. In this role, she manages project communications, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and supports development of technical assistance tools and resources. 

Current projects focus on development and implementation of online training resources related to competency models, sector strategies, and career pathways. McRoberts also supports Talent Pipeline Management, apprenticeship, strategic planning, and exploratory research projects. 

Prior to joining AIR, McRoberts directed Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT)-funded training with community colleges. Previously, she worked on evaluation of programs focused on youth transitions to education and employment and adults with barriers to employment.
