Caitlin Dawkins
Caitlin Dawkins is a principal technical assistance consultant at AIR where she serves in a leadership role across a portfolio of work that advances justice. Dawkins utilizes her unique expertise that sits at the intersection of justice, workforce, and education to advance evidence-based practices and policy. Currently, Dawkins serves as the technical assistance lead for Measurements for Accountability to All People in Policy Solutions and justice fellowship efforts at AIR, and she serves as senior advisor and subject matter expert on various projects. In 2023, Dawkins served as the director of the National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC) and oversaw technical assistance and national, state, tribal, and local partner development and engagement for the center.
Dawkins is committed to advancing justice and thriving communities. She has served in multiple capacities including direct service, advocacy, and intermediary roles. Prior to joining AIR, she was FHI 360’s director of justice programs, where she oversaw the strategic direction of the portfolio of work that aimed to advance justice.
