Podcast: AIR Vice President Marilyn Moon discusses the future of Medicare

December 9, 2009

On NPR's All Things Considered, AIR Vice President and Medicare expert Marilyn Moon discussed the details of the proposed expansion of Medicare.  The expansion would allow some people between the ages of 55 and 64 to buy into the federal program. She outlines the details and what they mean for consumers.

On NPR's Diane Rehm Show, Moon spoke about "The Future of Medicare's Home Healthcare Program" in light of the U.S. Senate's vote to slash funding for the program, and what the cuts meant for senior citizens and efforts to overhaul health care.

Listen to both discussions in podcasts below (these links will take you away from the AIR.org website)
