Education Week Webinar: “Leadership Coaching: Building Strong Leaders for District and School Improvement”

Join the American Institutes for Research (AIR) at 11 a.m. (EDT) Wednesday, Sept. 18 for a one-hour webinar hosted by Education Week on the importance of leadership coaching and leadership academies as part of the larger school turnaround effort.

The webinar will cover the key components of an effective leadership academy that develops a highly focused and motivated team. Participants will illustrate successful leadership, coaching relationships, and will demonstrate how district coaching can benefit both the district and schools. There will also be a discussion of the research base for the coaching, as well as the successes and challenges.
