During and After COVID—Readiness and Rapid System Redesign to Optimize Chronic Condition Care

Prevention, treatment, and response to the COVID-19 pandemic is currently a major focus in healthcare settings and our society at large. Chronic conditions, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, however, continue to affect millions of people.

In this webinar, recorded on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 2:00PM Eastern, we discussed how COVID-19 has impacted patients and the readiness of healthcare systems to provide quality chronic condition care. Speakers discussed what we know about readiness, how readiness in healthcare has changed in the wake of COVID-19, challenges that patients and healthcare providers face, and approaches to address those pressing challenges to support readiness at the height of a pandemic.
