Andrea Amodeo
Andrea Amodeo is a principal researcher in the Health Division at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include leadership of projects and technical activities in quality and performance improvement, patient safety, and learning and diffusion. Specific areas of expertise include job and task analysis, needs assessments, survey design and implementation, training development and evaluation, and team performance. Throughout her career, she has applied her expertise in a variety of domains, including health care, aviation, and education for clients such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Previously, Amodeo was a senior researcher in the Quality Improvement and Innovation practice area of IMPAQ International’s Health Division. Before joining IMPAQ, she was an industrial and organizational scientist at Aptima, Inc., conducting research in military health care and aviation. Prior to that, Amodeo worked in AIR’s workforce research program.
